We have recently made the switch from a PC to a Mac and now I am wondering if it is possible to get some of my old games back without having to rebuy them?

Also wondering if there is any sort of beta testing for Gamehouse? I used to do beta testing with Real Arcade and loved it now I am wondering if Gamehouse offers anything similar?

Thank you in advance to anyone who may be able to help!

Hello fna0626,

Macintosh and Windows are different platforms. The file system differs from one another in every prospect and there is no way to convert them. In Windows the game gets installed in .exe format where as in Macintosh it gets installed in .dmg format. If you wish to play your purchased games in Macintosh then you have to buy them again. GameHouse doesn't give the option to exchange the purchased games.

Regarding the beta testing of games, we do not have that option in GameHouse. However, GameHouse offers a free trial of 60 minutes play for every game. Therefore, we suggest all the players to play the free trial before purchasing any games.

I hope this information helps.
