My game loads, but then when it comes to the main blue screen it stops loading and won't go any farther...I tried reloading the game and it does the same thing....I love this game and want to continue to play please help.

I have the same issue. I downloaded it today as the free game of the day, but I can't get past the main blue title screen. Anybody have any suggestions?

I also d/lded this game but when I hit 'Start free trial', was told You do not have fun pass privileges at this time. What's up with that? I logged in so what's the problem?
Edited to add:
I think I figured it out. I don't have a fun pass membership, I have game pass. Is that what it is?

I downloaded the game as the free game of the day and it worked fine at first but now it will not load past the first ad that runs. What happened?

I appreciate your comments about Skip-Bo Castaway Caper.

Our development team reviewed your comments and performed a number of tests, which seemed to validate that the issues were exclusive to the free "game of the day" version; however, we're doing more testing for conclusive results and I'll report those findings once I have them.

I actually purchased this game while still just Real Arcade -had the same issue that it would never completely load, so i've never gotten to play the game and i very much want to. I have always run on only Windows Xp. No one has ever answered or fixed this problem for me either. I even called and spoke to someone; had me redownload and everything. Said they would get back to me. Still waiting--- months.... Please can someone fix the problem or tell me what to do so I can play my purchase? thanks kindly; expecting professionalism and expedience, especially since the merge.

Just wondering if any progress has been made with with the additional testing to determine the cause of the problem and its resolution. I very much enjoy gamehouse.com for the free games each day. I'm having the same problem with Skip-Bo as other users. I also have the free download version. It starts to load, but stops doing so as soon as the first ad comes on. The music plays, but the game never advances beyond the opening blue screen. Is there a fix for this yet? Is it possible to re-download the free games? I'd appreciate some help with this, as it's one of my favorite games. Thanks.

i got this game when it was free for the day 2 monts ago. I get to the first add and the add goies away but the game wont go past that blue screen. When is it going to be fixed or when can you say how to fix it

I have Skip-Bo as well and have the same problem...after the ad runs sometimes the game won't load any farther....I close the game (quit) and then reopen it...most of the time it will load after the second time of doing this. My problem with the game is that it won't load the adventure part...When I first got the game it worked fine now nothing in adventure...can anyone fix this??? I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still have the same problems

Hi yramnofear,

Thanks for posting your concern. We are sorry for the trouble you are facing. Its mandatory that one should not uninstall the Today's Free game because its not possible to get back the full version of the game once you have removed it.

you should be able to go to my account and click redownload so you can redownload the free game of the day just like you can when you buy a game. What happens if something happens to your computer you wont be able to get it back it sucks.

We're really sorry for any trouble. One thing I need to clarify here is, if you have purchased any game from GameHouse then you can navigate to 'My Account' page and re-download it. You can find Today's Free Game on the top left of the GameHouse page, from there you can download it. And as the name suggests Today's Free Game will be available for that particular day, and make sure that you don't uninstall it.

Are you even trying to fix skipbo its been a year and still doesnt work. I am not buying games or downloading games from gamhouse until my skipbo works. when you figure out what is wronng and how to fix it please post it here

Reviewing the Game Forum of this game and looking on to our daily reports we see that there is no known issues with this game if purchased. So I was wondering if there could be some technical reason at your end which is not known to us.
