problem - jojo's fashion show world tour

Hi, i installed and played the "jojo's fashion show world tour" for a few days. Suddenly, today the game doesn't open anymore.
what could be wrong?

i, too, have bought and installed and uninstalled and reinstalled several times. it wont even open for me. the screen turns black for a couple seconds then it says error your program had to close. i tried downloading direct x7, updating my video driver, i dont know what i am doing but i followed the directions. i have read on a couple other sites that people are having this problem too. i have one and two and they work just fine. i also downloaded the double play with one and two together and that works as well. any ideas on who might be able to help me. they gave me pretty generic support so far from gh. i would like to play it since i bought it. thanks.

linako and balcerzak, long back I experienced this issue with gamehouse game, i contacted microsoft, they helped me to configure the game compatibility mode and it works for me. i hope it may help you.
1. Right click on the setup file.
2. Go to properties.
3. Click on Compatibility mode.
4. Place a check mark in the box in front of “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and from the drop down menu choose Windows XP SP2.
5. Place a check mark on "Run as an Administrator" under privileges level and click on Apply and then Ok.
