i had to buy a new computer and i redownloaded jewel quest 3. at the end of the trial, i tried to register the game, and it keeps saying i don't have the authorization to do it. i know it wants the password that i used when i purchased the game last year, but i don't have it. i contactd customer service and its been ongoing for a week now. what happened to registering a game from here with the "key"?
I had the same problem with some of my games. It took a while but cs, did send me a new password to get into one of my accounts. Are any of your games from real arcade? If they are go real networks, click on real arcade and sign into your account.
