want my live chat that i had access to when realarcade was available. if there is still live chat where do i find it? would like to chat with customer support. they always fixed or answered my ?'s know i dont know where to go to talk to a tech or a rep. help me please. and thanks .
I don't think they have live chat, but you can call:
1-866-831-5895
6am -6pm Pacific Monday through Friday
7:30am - 5PM Pacific on Saturday and Sunday
Or to email them, can click the "need more help?" link at the bottom of a FAQ entry (http://www.gamehouse.com/support). Fill out the form and submit it. You should receive a response within 24 hours.
I've used Live Chat already also, and think I accessed it from here. But darned if I can find it now. Unfortunately, they were no help whatsoever, both times. Just kept saying "it is being fixed," and "do not worry." Well, if I hadn't registered with a different email and screen-name, I'd still be waiting for my original account to be verified and unable to post.
I kind of think it depends on who you get. Gamepass Monthly is not in my name and one time I got a game when I would have rather got something else. Dinertown Tycoon and they wouldn't exchange my game because I was using my name and not my father's in the online chat. Last time I went in there I used my name , but the person just asked me the account holder and did not give me a problem. Even though my name is or was I should say on the real account page they still consider the person the account holder they are taking the money from. That was about a limit on unlocking games I heard there was a limit, but he said there is not.
My dad doesn't play casual games. He would play chess, but I only seen one chess game on here and he wouldn't like the chess set.
Well I spoke to two people about simply getting my email verified so I could post. In the mean time, I was getting posts galore from them for other things, so why they couldn't verify it I'll never know. It hasn't been verified to this day, so I'm using a different one. All they kept saying was, "it is being fixed. do not worry." Well I was worried, all right... that they didn't even know what I/they were talking about. Supremely frustrating.
