have reached second floor and need to set date however cant find 2nd dial. It says i have both dials and to set date but only have one

In order to find the 2nd dial you will need to go thru the stables past the garden to the fountain. Complete the puzzle there. Good luck!

where do i find the list of items i need to find by the fountain? I need that to make the potion to solve the puzzle to get the 2nd dial.

If I remember correctlly, in the garden go down the path to the pond. Click around the upper left side of screen, should be the side of a mountain, (use fairy ability to break it) there you will uncover some items. Then go from there...

Yopu need to continue on the first floor, go through kitchen, out cellar, stables, and toward fountain solve the problems there, fix flow of fountain, and presto the other dial needed.
