i am obviously connected to the internet how else would i be on the website had no problems with downloading until today help

Have you installed any antivirus updates, any windows updates, or any changes to your firewall? that happened to me a few years ago. I was playing my games, downloading them and then suddenly I wasn't. All I was getting was the switchboard. I installed an update and knocked off real arcade. Maybe someone in the technical department will read our posts.

I can't download games either. I keep getting a message that says to check my internet connection and I know I'm connected. Doesn't Gamehouse have a phone number????? or have I wasted my money on a game that won't download?

This is the phone number I have. I haven't used it in a while though 206-442-5881

Hi, I had the same problem not being able to download games for four days. I emailed support and within two days this was fixed. I believe this is a known error (from the support team). It appears to have been fixed. By Monday I have been able to download games again for the last two days now (YAY) now Tues in NZ. Try it and see if it is working now for you!! Cheers

As "Chevy1948" suggests, please try downloading your games again. And if you need assistance, the phone number to Customer Support is 1-866-831-5895 (toll-free from the US). Hours for our phone line are:

6am -6pm Pacific Monday through Friday
7:30am - 5PM Pacific on Saturday and Sunday

Hello, I need help!

Im trying to download Age of empires III on my Mac and it keeps telling me to drag it to my hard drive.... I do that and it still wont work. Maybe im doing it wrong... Im getting desperate! any one out there knows what to do?????!!!!

I can't download any games because i keep getting the find box for the real player set up initializer. I went and downloaded real player then tried to download games from there and got the same box. As a result i won't be playing any games on this site until this problem is fixed. It's not my computer as i have played the same games on other sites. I am very disappointed as this was my favorite site.
