I have downloaded Big City Vavcouver, Jewell Quest Heritage and shutter island. All three games cut off while playing. Does anyone else have this problem?

I too downloaded Jewell Quest Heritage, as well as Shutter Island. With Jewell Quest I had no problems, Shutter Island however cuts off after only a few moments of play...does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

I have spoken with tech support again. The problem is with the games, they will have to fix the problem.
Today is 22nd. I am still having problems with games. I spoke with tech support, she thinks it is m

y computer. I told her to check out the forum, I am not the only having this problem.

I am also having the same problems with these games. Have uninstalled and downloaded again and again. Any news on when this will be fixed??

It's not just one or two games, it's several games.

The same thing is now happening on Hidden Magic. I have not been able to get any of the last 4 new games released to play no matter which browser I use. They all quit after a few minutes, this is getting very annoying.

I am having problems like this too. I also have problems w/the game of the day. The one for today loads, but when you click start the ad comes up, plays, and the game stops responding. It played the first time after initial download, but kept stopping. Very annoying and frustrating.

Apparently they don't read these forums. I even posted about it in the games forums, along with several other people and nothing had been resolved yet. I pay $20.00 a month for the fun pass and this issue us happening on every one of the last four new games I have downloaded. Looks like I'm going to have to cancel my account, no point in paying for games I can't even play!!

Do you still have this problem once the game has been bought?

I am having the same problems. Very disappointing. I'm new, just started the trial less than a week ago. I think I'll just cancel my trial subscription, and check back in the forums to make sure that the problem has been fixed before I actually sign up and pay any money.

Isn't it great when a big company cares about its customer base? They've agreed it's their fault and they need to fix it. So far, no fix, no news about the fix, no timeline, no information at all.

My best guess is that they'll fix it when enough people quit to hurt their wallets.

Everyone,

There are several active threads on this subject and I have been combing through the individual posts to summarize the reports for our Technical team to aid in their research of this issue. I will post updates as I learn them.

I may need to consolidate, perhaps close, some of the threads and/or start a new "sticky" topic to keep this information in one central location. I hope to have an update for you - if nothing else to advise the summary of my findings - later today.

In the mean time I thank you all for your replies and for your patience. This issue is being reviewed at a high level.
