this has been going on for a few weeks....It doesn't matter if it is a free trial or a free game. I hit download and it comes up (instead of open or run) find or save. It takes me to real player sp...I have downloaded the real player but to no avail. I am very frustrated with this. I have contacted gamehouse but all she could do is tell me it may be a problem with the game initializer and to wait and keep trying it and call back if it continues. Can someone help? Otherwise, I won't be using gamehouse again if I can't get this problem taken care of.

Try a different browser besides ie. I can not download games with internet explorer either. I get the same message. I use firefox to download games from gamehouse and no problems.
