flaw in jewel quest heritage premium

When you get to Francisa de la Cueva in this game, a puzzle piece is missing. As a result, you can go no further in the game. This seems to be a flaw. What needs to be done?

I had the same issue, however in placing what puzzle pieces I had on to the various people above I was able to complete one man and continue on. From that point on the people are done out of sequence, unlike the previous part of the game where they were done all in order. You get the last piece for Francisca later, when you've almost completed the game. Hope this helps.

Thanks for this reply. Do you remember which man you were able to complete because I have none for which I have all the puzzle pieces and so I can go no farther.

How do you play this part. I make everything turn to gold but I can not get rid of the locks. Where are the directions for this game? I am stuck now with no more completed puzzles. Please help me get back on track.
