I just received word from our QA team that testing continues to isolate the set of conditions under which game play progress would not be saved (a scenario that we have not yet seen in our tests). Our technical team is working diligently to determine why the game's progress is saved for most of our customers but not for those who have reported the issue. They are testing numerous scenarios involving different computing environments (configurations of processors, operating systems, user settings, etc.). I will continue to post updates as they become available.
