e-mail verfication

What is up. I have been trying to reset my password on the user that I normaly use and will not work.
I have also been trying to sign into my real arcade accounts and cannot reset my passwords. Usually my computer will remember it. My computer crashed and I have to redownload everything.

Hi pepper61,

We really understand how you feel. Can you provide us more information regarding this? Have you tried resetting the password by following "forgot your password" link. Sometimes these emails are blocked by junk-mail or spam filters; please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder in case the email message was filed there.

If you still can't find your password reset email, please wait one hour and then try resetting your password again on our website.

Thanks Arvin. The problem started with the merger. Gamehouse reset my password for me because I no longer had the email that used to sign in with when we first started
Normally, I would use Darlene16. It isn't working.

I totally understand the situation you are in right now. Considering your case,I suggest that you send me an email to help@gamehouse.com with a brief description of the issue you are experiencing (just like you mentioned here). Good evening,
I was finally able to reset my password. I have decided not to use it anymore. It was associated with a very old real arcade account. Support has helped me sign into my orginal account and all of my games are there.
There you Arvin and Jason.
