why if i bought a game do i have to download it again an again everytime i want to play i never had to on real

What do you mean again , again and again?

Is the game actually deleting itself after you are done playing it?

When you merged your accounts, you should have not had to download anything extra to play the games already on your computer.

Go to the My Games page (http://www.gamehouse.com/my-gamehouse). Click on the "See My RealArcade Games" link at the top of the page. Your games should appear on that page with play buttons. If you don't follow that RealArcade link, you'll only be seeing GameHouse games, which don't have a play button -- just a redownload link. (Doesn't mean you need to redownload every time.)

Or, the better way is to click the icon on your desktop (if it's still there) or Click on the Windows Start menu, then click the Games folder (or the Real folder, as it is for me). Your games should appear there.
