I am frustrated with this new format for my old real arcade. I have dl'd two games from gamehouse and have been unable to play either one because it continues to say that I have to purchase or download the game AGAIN. Dealing with stress of holidays, family with cancer, multitude of other responsibilities. Games used to be my peace....now I have nothing but stress because I cannot get my system to recognize that I have purchased this game and downloaded it 9 times...and opened it...btw...I am not a novice.....give me back my simple and easy to use Real Arcade or I am getting ready to take my games and run to another system.

Hopefully whatever you do, I hope you do not cancel your Gamehouse account. Tuesday I had a major issue with my games from Gamehouse and from another gaming system. I called Gamehouse support and immediately received assistance, e-mailed the other was told they would get back to me in 48 hrs. still have not heard from them 48 hrs. was 6 hrs. ago. Call support they will do a "GoToAssist" and help straighten out your problem. Now that Sam showed me, I know how to download the games through Google Chrome and have absolutely no problem with anything in fact doing it this way also corrected the problems I was having with the other gaming system. Needless to say no other gaming system but Gamehouse for me. Trust me and call support they are there for us.

Make sure you are using a different browser besides ie. I have a problem too where I can't download games using ie.

I can't blame you, streatroc, for being frustrated. This is the very reason I let my RA account go. Sure, I still play the games I purchased over the years with the OLD player, and have no problems with that. But it seems these upgrades and mergers give a lot of customers grief... just what they DON'T want when they come to play a game. Why SHOULD you have to troubleshoot, when everything was supposed to be great after it took place. Though I do agree you should at least TRY talking to CS... it can't hurt and might help. But this was not the seamless merger it was intended to be.

Where does it say that you have to purchase or download again? Are you in the MyGames section of the website, or in the player window that pops up on your desktop before the game loads?

I am TOTALLY befuzzled as to where to find certain information over here. I want my plain and simple Real Arcade back! This merger has been a absolute disaster as far as I am concerned!! At Real Arcade I used to be able to go to MY ACCOUNT and plainly see if I had a game credit available........over here I even did a search for the terms "game credits" and it says there are no matches available for that request! I just want to know if my game credit has been credited to my account yet..........but I cannot find a blasted thing in this jumbled up mess over here! I am seriously considering canceling my account and going somewhere else! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Game credits are no longer called credits. They are called funtickets now.

You can now get two games a month instead of one. I like gamehouse better. Yes, sure some people now have problems with it, but give it time once they fix problems in their system for some people (I think some people really can't see their funtickets yet) you will like it better too and any additional games $6.99 not the $14.99 you paid on Realarcade. Then $9.99 shortly before they merged the sites.

Hi,

the game credits (now fun pass) show only when you have some. Than you find them on your profile page in the small box where you can chose whether to see or change your personal information.
The number of credits shows in the right bottom corner of that box. Mine showed up, the first time I was billed after this merger. And than it was not to be overseen, the digit was quite big.
