im coming from real arcade and not sure if i should keep paying 9.99 or pay gh 6.99, however when i download games on gh it says im not a member. do i have to pay the 6.99 and have their funpass to play their games. i can only play my old arcade games. i don't want to pay both every month. i only want to pay one.

Here at GameHouse, you will continue to only pay one price of $9.99 until you cancel. You will get 2 credits per month (starting on your next billing cycle) and will have the benefit of buying games at $6.99 a piece. If you should cancel Gamepass, your one time deal of 2 credits for $9.99 per month will dissapear permanently and you will have to pay $6.99 (if you want to resubscribe) and you only get 1 credit per month. But you will still get the additional game purchase discount which means $6.99 per game (or over 60% off)

Another thing you mentioned, you cant play games because it says you are not a member? What do you mean by this?

I'm trying to migrate from real arcade and combine my accounts with gamehouse but I keep getting the following message

"Account sign in was interrupted
We're sorry. There's been an error processing the information. Please try again. For help with this issue call Customer Support at 866-733-1228 or click here to chat with live support."

I have spoken with Real live support on both Sunday 15th and Monday 16th and they said that their Tech department are sorting it and it should be sorted soon on both occasions. I have tried again tonight, Tuesday 17 and am still getting the same problem. Can someone please tell me when this will be fixed? I have been with Real for a number of years so have quite a few games still to re-download but from the messages I'm reading on the forums I think that I am going to have problems with some of the games and I am not happy about this. I think that the migration should have been checked more thoroughly before going 'live'.
