change!!!

I hate change and until I get use to things I will for a while but why am i being asked to pay for games i have already purchased with RA

Hi there wolfie, I found that when they ask you to 'buy' (or play as a a demo), there are tabs at the top, one of the tabs says 'register this product' or something along those lines; if you select that tab it asks you to sign in, and when you do this, that's it, you have the full version back again.

It really would have been nice if Gamehouse/RA staff had explained this to us all at some point, instead of us all having to feel our way in the dark, so to speak.

Thanks for answering wolfie's question. It's great to see members of our game community helping each other out. You are absolutely right, we should have done a better job of explaining to customers coming over from RA how to register games they have purchased and downloaded from GH. We anticipated and addressed a number of questions in the FAQ, but there are some we did not anticipate. We're doing our best to address those now as they come up. Thanks again for jumping in!
