can't redownload any games I have purchased or download any new games
Can you be more specific about the problem when trying to download games?
Are you logged in?
Do you press the Download button and nothing happens?
Do you get an error message?
Which browser are you using?
Were you able to download games before? If so, did you upgrade your computer or browser before the downloads stopped working?

I am having this problem, too. at the install phase i get an error message. a COM error of some kind. I recently upgraded to IE7. I have downloaded and reloaded many times before. COM exception error.

I have reloaded several times using your reload from history screen. The error message is"error detected in quit". the error occurs when downloading from you website to my computer. Some times I can load and other times not. I was able to load mah jong without an error. However bookworm will not load. When was able to load, the next time i attempted to use it would error with the same as before.

and for some reason was charged 2 times and recieved 2 downloads and neither one operates,how do i rfund my purchase
