My sister and i live in the same house. I belong to RA/GH and I understand that I am allowed to download my games to a second computer. When she accesses my account from her room she has to redownload the game she wants to play every time she wants to play it. I know you cannot play games on both computers at the same time and we are not both in the GH site at the same time. This is the one thing they should have copied from BF that they did not. Over there we can both play the same game at the same time even tho we share an account there also. She has all the games available that we owned before the merger and can play them. This is one (Zuma's Revenge) that I bought after the merge took place.
You don't need to redownload everytime you want to play.
To launch your RealArcade games from the site, Go to the My Games page (http://www.gamehouse.com/my-gamehouse). Click on the "See My RealArcade Games" link at the top of the page. Your games should appear on that page with play buttons. If you don't follow that RealArcade link, you'll only be seeing a list of purchased games, which doesn't have a play button -- just a redownload link. (Doesn't mean you need to redownload every time.)
The better way is to click the icon on your desktop (if it's still there) or Click on the Windows Start menu, then click the Games folder (or the Real folder, as it is for me). GameHouse games will be in the GameHouse folder.
What everyone does not realize is that if you click on gamehouse games, it will show your games and purchased, redownload. There ought to be a play button there but there isn't so. You can reach all of your game by clicking on computer, local disk, my games, this is the real arcade folder that has all of your games it, send it to the desktop. You now can play your games. There is another folder that is called my gamehouse games, send this folder to your desktop, you can now play your games from there.
