When do badges start

I joined GH in Sep 2009. When do the badges for the 40 or 50 games purchased start? Is it only after July 2011? I have at this time purchased at least 40 games. Could you let me know? Thanks

Our GameHouse Rewards program launched on July 15, 2011, and badges can be earned only for activity on our site on or after that date.
