Just after opening the safe the game wont let me pick up the file. is anyone else having this problem.?

I have gotten to the house with the dog. Took care of dog and went to side of house, found some things and now it wont let me find all

I am also having this problem. When i first played the game i noticed a hand would help me pick things up, I know longer have this hand. I cannot change into different outfits either.

it seems that since everyone is having the same problem, gamehouse would make the vendor repair the problem as soon as possible. the game looks interesting, wish we could play it. being stuck in a wheelchair all the time , playing games is about all i get to do.

I've restarted and played the game all the way from the beginning and I've noticed that the mouse cursor does not detect correctly on certain scenes after the game has been saved and loaded again. Also the "Custom Cursor" option defaults to "Off" and the "Auto Pause" defaults to "On"after loading a saved game. Gogii Games needs to patch this game fast. It's been out for over a month on another site now.

And one other small complaint: Gogii Games always start their stories with a child being separated from their parent? They really need to get out of this creative rut.

Odd that after all these messages Gamehouse haven't said if they are going to get GoGii games to fix it. Really good game too /sigh

We regret the inconvenience caused with the game "Vault cracker- the last safe". We tested the game in our end and we're able to play the game with no issues. We are doing a research on it since there are more customers reporting for this game with different issues. We would like to get some more information to work on this game. So please send an email to help@gamehouse.com with the following details:

1. DirectX version (to find out the DirectX details click here http://www.gamehouse.com/forums/support-forum/DirectX-Diagnostic-Tool---Helpful-When-Contacting-Support-id1693) .
2. What level the Game freezes or gives an error (explain in brief).
3. Name of the firewall and/or antivirus software (Norton, McAfee, ZoneAlarm or Freedom).

Mine quit working once I opened the second vault as well. It won't let me pick up the file or do anything else. I played that stupid vault game at least 10 times to try to get it to work. I even closed the game and reopened it. Using Windows Vista. Have Norton Antivirus. Total waste of my hour free trial. I would've bought the game if it worked too. They should fix this then offer it as a free game of the day so we can actually play it.

The game Locks up at most levels. I have gotten to the casino level, only to lock up for the 4th time. I have tried reloading, playing as different people, and it just keeps locking up. This is the first game I have purchased that will not work, and the first time support appears to be nothing about the problems. Guess like other places, the company going downhill. I cannot understand what they keep saying nothing is wrong. Guess all they care about anymore is geting your money!

Obviously GAMEHOUSE, there is a glitch! We are all having the same issues & we are on different OS's. I have played 5 other games since downloading this one with absolutely no issues whatsoever! I've been coming back here for a week hoping to see a fix, only to be disappointed each day. I've been a Gamehouse( before that, RealArcade) customer for years & this is the first time I've ever encountered this problem & not seen an immediate fix! I pay yearly, so I guess when my year is up, I will find another game site to spend my money.

BTW, YES, I did all the things your support staff have recommended to no avail. If it was on my end, I would be having this issue with all my games!

Jasono it's not us it's the game as it came to you...several of us speak of playing it on other sites (myself included) with NO PROBLEM so we don't need tech support as if it is our OS it's the game as you imported it for your site from where ever you got it. the game which runs beautifully on other sites on our computers was given to you with a glitch built in...maybe someone is sabotaging you and trying to take your clients by frustrating them but facts are facts the game plays well EXCEPT for you..address that issue or even acknowledge it and we stay loyal. You're still the best all around deal in town so it sounds as if someone's trying to get you out of Dodge.

I am having the same problems. First of all the scene where you get to the house where the dog is, went completely white with the exception of the female character. I did manage to get past that point, now I can't pick up the photo in the safe. How frustrating!!! I really enjoyed this game. Seems like this has been an issue for some time, with no action taken to correct it.

I went to a competitors site & lo & behold, played the games with NO ISSUES! Why is so difficult for you(gamehouse) to realize your copy of this games has a glitch??!!

I think the problem is not with the game. I played the game with the help of walk through and found the file easily. Check in gamezebo.com for walkthru.

I was having the same problem with the first safe, then I checked the Gamezbo walk thru and followed the vault code exactly, went through all 5 mini games with the marbles and then I could pick up the file.

I am still having issues playing the game and notice there is still no fix! Mini game to open the safe works fine until I open the safe and cannot pick up the file.

Gamehouse has fixed the bug and released the updated version of the game. Uninstall and reinstall the game again. Or else for details check the link
