I am also having exactly the same problem.
Deleted the game and downloaded again but the same problem happening.

I had the same problem. I have windows 7 and I followed the instructions to install current windows updates but it didn't resolve this issue.

I am having this same problem with this game. I am running Vista with all current fixes. I have seen from other posts that others have been able to download and play it, i.e. LAGOONA says its a fantastic game.

I had same thing happen, but the next day I click on short cut and there I played, untill I click to go back to the shore,but it closed on me, when I went back to signin it did not save my progress, it wanted me to stare all over again. any one have that happen to you. or how do you save your progress? HELP! I don't like redoing a game again

Hi Annies,
When you are in the front page of the game click on the left bottom, beside Options, a window opens and there you come into profile and you can add your name.

Still hoping you can get the bugs out of this game, I want to play it! First it wouldn't play, then after downloading it again, it played, but went to play again and now it will not play again?? Please, it was fun while it lasted.

Just adding my troubles. All windows updates done, game still punts me to "thanks for playing", and I REALLY want to play this game

I have played the game until I try to unlock Ben. The game closed out. Tried several restarts . I checked Windows updates (all current) ) redownloaded game (that has helped w/other games) NO LUCK Any answers?

I had the same thing happen with this game. I uninstalled and re-downloaded it again. Still didn't work. Then I restarted my computer and made sure I was logged in, clicked 'play with funpass' and that time the game played.

This game has now been out for almost a month, and I am STILL unable to play it. Get booted to "thanks for playing" every single time.
Very unsatisfactory that it isn't fixed yet.

I am early in the game. However I took all the bugs out of the well with the glass jar thing, but when ever I try to use the bucket in the well to get water, the message is there are bugs in the water, so I use the glass jar and of course, it won't work in there either. Frustrating. Thanks.
