Trying to buy game with my realarcade/gamehouse funpasses

i have a paid account through realarcade and a game house account. i have 4 game tickets I have been trying to use to buy games but it keeps telling me Product was not added to cart due to technical difficulties! or I try registering a game and it tells me I don't have that privalage at this time so what good a a paid account If I am not able to use it. and i will be getting another credit in about two days coming up and can't even use it. when are the going to get all the bugs fixed since the crossover i am wondering this begining to be a very big pain.

I appreciate your perseverance and ongoing patience (I just read through the email I sent you on December 14, 2009).

I am in the exact same situation. Whenever I want to download/install, I am taken to the login page (a smaller one), then I am directed to another page where I am told that I don't have enough privileges. I have been billed three times and I don't want to be billed again, but DO want to make use of my credits.

I will be charged again tomorrow jan 14

What will happen after I cancel, it seems I won't be able to play the games I downloaded/purchased?

Pretty much my problem also. Have fun passes but have only been able to use 1. The rest of my tries failed. I wish I had never heard of Gamehouse and I really wish someone come scrape this barnacle off RealArcades rump. Real Arcade wasn't broken but now it is. I think I'm going to have to find another gamesite altogether if Gamehouse doesn't get their act together real soon.

I am having the same problem trying to use my Fun Tickets...(I have 12) and all I get is a msg that says "I don't have that privilage at this time". I was trying to buy a game this a.m. and use my Fun Tickets. Pls advise as to what I need to do to clear this up so I can proceed forward with my purchase.

I just want to know where are my GameHouse credits and how do I find them. I dont' want to keep paying for every game in addition to the $19.95 I pay every month. Can someone tell me how to find them? Thanks, Kiwi

Hi 'Kiwi' -- I posted a reply to you in one of the other two forum topics, in which you posted this question.

In short, your FunTicket balance is displayed by logging in to your GameHouse account and clicking "Profile" under the "My GameHouse" tab. Please see my full reply by following this URL:
