Anxious to DL my free game but no credit is showing!

Do GH offer a free game on the anniversary of signing up? I've never heard of that. Is it just on the first anniversary? Sometimes these things can be a little slow. When my Gamepass subscription goes through I don't usually get my game credits until a couple of days later, so if I'm out of credits I have to patient LOL!

Hi, it's supposed to be every month on the date you became a FunTicket member we are supposed to get a free game coupon,read the FunTicket info.

However,after signing in in the upper R-corner where it says I am a FunTicket subscriber it says 0Credits! and it should say 1-Credit!

This also happened to me. I decided to wait and see what happened, and I received my credit on the day following my anniversary date.

Generally speaking the monthly billing cycle of a FunTicket subscription is 30 days and the renewal date will often be the same date each month, but it can vary slightly based upon the number of days in a given month. For any monthly billing cycle, once that month's renewal has been successfully processed the applicable FunTicket is posted to the account.

I called CS and that is what I was told that it would be thew day after and it was shoeing today as stated. Never had that happen before it was always the exact same day I joined at that place that will remain nameless,LOL!
