Daily Word broken
In this mode you are supposed to be able to play it once per day. However, there is a bug that only allows you to ever play this mode once. After that, no matter how many days it's been since you last played, the game tells you that you can't play Daily Word because you've already played it today. This also would prevent you from earning the Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Achievements, except that there is another bug that lets you work around this problem. If you change the dictionary setting to a different language it will allow you to play Daily Word again. You can even change it back and forth to the same languages, and you can play Daily Word over and over, as many times as you want, and the puzzle is always the exact same.

Leaderboards are broken
After completing a game, it tries to connect to the Leaderboards. The connection always fails and it shows an error message. There is an annoying hang at the end of any game as it tries and fails to load the leaderbords.
Bingo Achievements broken (in a "good" way)
The Bingo Blaster, Bingo Boss, and Bingo Bonkers Achievements are broken, but they are broken in a way that is sort of beneficial to the player. According to the Achievement descriptions, you are only supposed to be able to earn these Achievements by consecutively solving only the Bingo words in only the Standard or Unlimited game modes. However, you can actually earn these Achievements by playing Lightning mode. In Lightning mode, the puzzles consist of only Bingo words. There is a bug that counts the words solved in this mode towards the Bingo Achievements. This makes these Achievements unintentionally easy and quick to earn.

I also encountered other bugs while playing this game, but these are the ones that I remember and they're the most egregious.
Your WP7 marketplace rating is really suffering right now because of this. You are getting blasted for your Achievement bugs. Whether it's fair or not, gamers who are really into Xbox Live think Achievements are really important and they don't really tolerate bugs that affect Achievements, especially if there's a bug that totally prevents you from earning an Achievement.
Also, your 1,000 character post limit is kind of stupid.

Thank you for detailing your experiences with TextTwist 2 for WP7.
Our Mobile Games Team has told me that the 'Lightning Bolt' achievement issue is in the process of being fixed. We anticipate resolution sometime next week and your Windows Phone 7 will receive notification when an update to the game is available.
In the meantime we are researching the other issues you have described and I will post updates here as I learn them.

The most CRITICAL one (please please please fix this!):
The 'Lightning Bolt' Achievement seems broken.
It seems like it's impossible to earn this Achievement. The description reads, "Complete a Lightning round with no hints given." Players understand this to mean that they must complete all the words in the puzzle before any of the hint letters pop up. No one has earned this Achievement. This is the one bug that players really want fixed. Please fix this! If our understanding of how to earn the Achievement is wrong, then please tell us the details about how to earn this Achievement. So far no one can figure it out.
