Tales of Lagoona script errors!!!

I played the online version of Tales of Lagoona and really liked it but I have tried several times to DL the game and each time I get "script errors". If anyone can help I do have a copy of the error message and would greatly appreciate help in fixing this problem.

If you have a screenshot, you should attach it to an email to help@gamehouse.com.

Mostly, when I get script errors, I just kick out, reboot and retry and it works. But that's after the game is installed. Haven't had a script error problem on installation so can't help you there.
