Cannot download any games from Gamehouse. Keeps telling me to find the file that will open the game or to save the game.HELP

Is it still happening? What OS/browser do you have? I cannot reproduce it on WindowsXP/IE7 and XP/FF3...

I think this person is using Vista (because that's what happens to me on my Vista computer). What I don't understand though, is that many of the games say they are Vista compatible, so how is this a Vista issue? It seems to me that it's an issue with the downloader/installer.

I can get the games to download fine on my XP computer.

when down loading you will need to push save first then it will ask if you want google chrome, you can respond yes or no, by leaving it with a check mark in the box for yes or remove it for no. Once that is done it will download.

I have the same problem> I have Windows XP and using IE 8. After trying the save feature, when i try to open, it askes what program I want to use. Windows cannot find any program to open the .rgi file. Why is this and what can be done about it?
