Only about 4 of my games transferred over here out of over 100. So I started re downloading them. Then it says that they are only one hour demos. So I click on the register/already purchased button and it then asks m if I want a google bar. After I click no it says it has to log in to the internet and tries too. But I am already online downloading the games. It than says it can't log in and asks if I want to try again.
What is going on?
Why does it ask me each time if I want a google bar?
Why does it try to log in when I am already on the internet?
This is HORRIBLE.

This is the THIRD time I am trying to get an answer.
PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THIS THREAD. Just answer me. I need help not a run a round.
I'm curious: do you see any of your 100+ games in the Windows start menu?
Check All Programs > Real > Games, or All Programs > Games
What about the My Games page? Go to http://www.gamehouse.com/my-gamehouse and click on the big blue button that says "RealArcade My Games"
You shouldn't have to redownload every game to play them after the transfer.
If you do redownload, you'll be getting the GameHouse version, so you'll need to log in to register your game the first time you play it. If you're not able to log in (but are connected to the net), I'm guessing your username/password combo is wrong. Go to your My Account page and check the email address associated with the account and perhaps update your password.
Only 4 of my games transferred.
I purchased a new computer because the old one crashed.
I never got around to redownloading them. I new the merge was coming and they said that everything would transfer, so I though I would wait until I wanted to play them.
When I went to redownload from and this is what happens
1. I went to the R/A side to do this
2. I redownloaded from my account (only 6 so far) Real arcade users find your games here..
3. They download as trial versions
4. Then it pops up in a arcade window with 3 tabs
a. funpass
b.register game
c.free trial
then it asks me to log in again.
I fill in my information and click log in/ and register on that tab
THEN It will not log in it says "Your log in attempt failed please try again".
Now can somebody PLEASE!!!! HELP ME!!!
I am not suprised. I had the same thing happened to me. What are your screen settings on? Do you have another computer on that might be the problem? If you do click one off.
And if you're STILL waiting, Imdamama, it's time to give up. It's obvious that GH staff does NOT check these forums for unsolved mysteries and nor do they intend to. You're supposed to go through CS to get your problems fixed, and good heck of a lot with that. AFter three encounters with that third kind, I can honestly say they're reading from a script. And if your problem isn't on it, kaplooie on it. I honestly would not be posting here at all if I had listened to their promises that my problem was being worked on "as we spoke," and to "not worry." That was three weeks ago, and I had to figure out a workaround by myself. Well, they don't have to worry about losing their jobs, I'm sure, but GH has to worry about LOSING CUSTOMERS. Face it, GH... your Customer Service does NOT solve everyone's problems or answer everyone's queries, though they smile (as they're told to) and think they have.
