I have this same problem, this morning. I always use Firefox and have never had a problem. And when I signed in this morning, I didn't get the pop up that says that I was awarded points for signing in, like I do everyday.

I'm having the same problem this morning. I use google chrome browser version 14.0.835.202, which I down loaded from this web site. I tried signing out and then back in, this did not help. hugiegram

Me too. I use msn and also tried google and yahoo. I've had this problem for a while. I usually have to clck on a game icon and then it will come up but toaday nothing and also as the previous thread states it never loads in profile either.

I'm having the same issues today. I use Google Chrome. No Toolbar, no badges showing in profile. Never happened before this! I hope it doesn't mess up my login streak! LOL

Today I have no rewards toolbar (it's never been missing before), so I logged in to my profile, and all my points/badges info is missing, it's not loading for some reason. I'm using Firefox 3.6.7. Seems to be a common problem today, so I'm assuming there is a technical gremlin!

Hi Jason,
I am having the same problem that everyone else is having. It is 1:50 pm, and you said that the technical team had fixed this problem at 9:34 am.
After I signed in, my toolbar finally came up with 0 Points and the same amount of Coins as yesterday, 22465. Since it was my 1st day again I should have gotten 15 Coins. And you still need to fix my Points to read 4475 instead of 0, as I am still waiting for the 50 Points from the Free Game of the Day from October 4, 2011, "Jack of All Tribes" in which I had filled out the "Ask a question" report in the Help Section.
Now, I am going to try to get the Free Game of the Day. That should give me another 50 Points and 10 Coins. We'll see.

So, my toolbar was fixed. But, as I predicted, the 50 Points and 10 Coins did not appear after I downloaded the Free Game of the Day "Heros of Kalevala", nor did the acknowledgement that I downloaded this game appear on the toolbar.
I guess GameHouse is just having one of those days!

I haven't gotten any points for about a month. When I sign into my profile, I still get that spinning thing.

My toolbar is on and shows points for my daily sign in, but I the same as Judycide, did not get the points for downloading the free game of the day Hero's Of Kalevala.

I would like to know if any of us who have not gotten the 50 Points for downloaded games will ever actually get them? I still haven't gotten mine for 2 games, 100 Points. I have emailed and replied to emails, without success. Should I download the games again?

I have not seen the toolbar for the last several times I've logged in. I actually came looking in the forum to see why it had been GH had decided not to do the whole reward system anymore.I don't even know where to go to see what coins I have. It looks like it was supposed to have been fixed last Saturday but I don't see that it's been fixed yet on my end.

Sorry for the experience. This was an intermittent issue and got fixed. If you still experience the same issue, simple browser reset will help.

My toolbar has been gone for 2 days now. I have tried both firefox 7.0.1 and Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421. I have tried resetting my browser and have had no success. Is there something I can do to fix this.

It looks like many people haven't got their toolbar today - is it because lots of people are on their 100 day sign in like me and its' suddenly collapsed with the pressure? Please bring back the toolbar today so I can get my 100 day sign in and my badge

My toolbar is missing too! 
I've tried several browsers, and have tried resetting each several times, but still no toolbar. If it doesn't return today, will this interfere with the 100 day signing in? Although I haven't reached 100 days yet I feel it would be unfair if we have to start over again!! *sighs*

I just woke up this morning and found, once again, that the toolbar is gone. I was going to download the free game, but if I do, I probably won't get the points for it. What is going on???

Day 2 of no toolbar and the profile is still stuck on the total for the 24th. I was just over 9,000 coins too! Nothing good lasts forever.

This is day number two with no toolbar popping up or reward for daily sign in. I have tried every browser, latest versions as many of them I downloaded. I made sure adobe flash player and java were all updated and I had all my windows updates. I have reset my browsers and still having no bar. I visited the site several times yesturday as well hoping for a fix.

i guess the toolbar issue is NOT fixed. i logged in this morning and no toolbar. after all the response i dl google chrome and was using that, prior to that i was using IE. neither program has the toolbar i have a log of my points and i hope that i get them all back. i even tried to re dl the toolbar and that didnt work. tech support needs to get back on the job and figure out what the problem is.

My toolbar is back now and I got my 100 day sign-in badge. Thanks Gamehouse for sorting this. Although it's quite late now I can go to bed knowing that I've signed in for today and that makes me a happy girl. THANKS AGAIN!!

I have been advised by our Technical Team that the issue with the GameHouse Rewards Toolbar not appearing, as some of you have reported, has been identified and resolved.
If you are currently logged in to GameHouse.com, we expect that as you navigate the site your Toolbar should display automatically and remain visible. If you still do not see your Toolbar, please take the following step:
Sign out of GameHouse.com and then sign in again. Your Toolbar should appear; it can take several seconds after signing in but it should appear to you.
If you are still not seeing your Toolbar after a simple sign out/sign in, please sign out of GameHouse.com, clear your browser's cache, and then sign in again. Your Toolbar should display normally.
We will continue to monitor this thread for your feedback.
