I am not too thrilled with gamehouse. I can sign into my account because my computer remembers it. If I try to sign in to look at my games I can't because it will not take my password. This account does not have a credit card number to verify it. This account is long standing account and I am not thrilled that I cannot get my password reset. I think it is time for gamehouse to get a phone call.

Hm, probably so. I actually have two accounts... one from way back that couldn't get "verified" so I could post; and one I set up with a different email address (which got verified right away) so I could post. I can see my games through the original account, but if I want to post I use the second account. But GH does remember my password for each one, so signing in is quick. So the problem is your computer remembers your password but you don't? Lol, I've had that happen to me. Hope you can get it reset.

Can't you just go to your profile page and change it?
I have the same feature with my Norton 360 but I can override it.
