Rere downloading games already purchased from real arcade

How do you redown load games already purchased from real arcade I cannot find anything on your site your site is too hard to get around and i do not like it why do you make it so hard for people not really happy at all want the old real arcade

Hi anncardin,

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time navigating the site. All of your purchases have already been transferred to "My Gamehouse" just click that tab at the front and you will see all of your purchases. You can sort by alphabetical order, last purchase etc.

Why can't I download my purchased version? When I redownload it gives me the 60 minute trial version

I have been having trouble with this myself. I had redownload my games and am getting the 60 minute trial version. Am I just getting the play as much as you want without the ads.

games are not automatically registered as they were on Real Arcade. To register your game use the register tab on the trial window (the window when you open the game that shows the trial time). Sign in with your Gamehouse.com username and password and your game will register.

Hi, I know this is not the proper place to post this, but I am desperate. I am trying to get help on one of my games, and no help in the game forum. I know you play lots of games and you have helped me out before. Can you help me with Virtual Villagers, the Secret City, or do you know anyone that could help me out. I am stuck!
