Regsitration problem 1001 nights adventures of sinbad

Hi, i have just purchased 1001 nights adventures of sinbad however when i try to register the game it tells me i need to be connected to the internet. I am connected, has anyone got any ideas about this problem.

I had this problem many times since the holidays. This answer might not apply to you at all but here goes...

I use Comcast for broadband and sometimes there is a DNS issue -- too much lagging going on as a connection (port 80) tries to establish-- and sometimes Gamehouse connections in particular seem to be running very slow, while other sites load slowish or much faster. I just close that game login window and retry again. It is very annoying.

Some associates of mine have said that Comcast has a new cable modem and if you contact them, they'll replace take your old one and give you a new one. (it annoys me they don't just email users of old modems and tell them!) So I'll probably have to ask for a replacement modem. Also, if you use a router for multiple home network computers to plug them into the cable modem, then be sure to have the latest firmware installed on your router.

It will also happen if you have two computers. You may have to turn on off. while you register the game.
