gamepass credit status

I haven't been to realarcade for a while and just found out they merged. anyways, my question is, when I used to login to realarcade it would show how many gamepass credits i had left. now coming HERE i can't find it anymore. do they not show you your credits anymore? or is there a place where it DOES show and i'm missing it some how? or have my credits got misplaced?

Your available credits should show in the upper left corner of the home page. If you do not see them try signing out of gamehouse.com and then signing back in.

Also you can view your credits in your profile: http://www.gamehouse.com/my-gamehouse/profile

Hi! I have the same problem and I really don't see anything... And aren't we suppose to have two credits gamepass per month now???? Thanks in advance for your response

I also just transferred from RealArcade and I don't see my Gamepass credits anywhere. I transferred over on the 5th, was billed on the 8th or 9th, and expected to see two credits today when I wanted to use one to buy a game. I signed out and back in, went to my profile and my membership area about ten times each, signed out and back in again, and then uninstalled the game I wanted to buy and reinstalled it. Whew!! BUT, I'm still not seeing anything about credits and my only option to buy the game was to use a FunPass credit. I tried that anyway, thinking I might see an option to use a Gamepass credit, but that only got me a message telling me I don't have Fun Pass privileges. I'm stumped. Btw, I'm running XP professional. Help!

I have been wondering the same thing. I even went to purchase a game to see if it would tell me if I have credits or not at that point, and it didn't say anything (which I assume means I didn't have any, but who knows, it didn't give me any option). I have not seen anything at all telling me how many credits I have or when my next credits will appear, like Real Arcade did.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am not pleased with this merger. I liked things the way they were before.

I can't find the GamePass credits either. I've looked on the top left of the home page, and I've looked in the Profile section; I've logged out and back in again. The credits are definitely not listed anywhere.

Please let us know where to find them.....

Wow, sounds like we are all having the same problem. I even got on live chat last night and they said they would credit me with my second game credit by the end of the night. Still not there. I guess I will have to contact them again.

Okay, I just got off the phone with support. I have to say they were very helpful and polite. What they did was give me a coupon code for a free game because he could not put the credit on my account. But yes, we are supposed to have 2 free games every billing cycle. Also, he told me that the credits will not show unless you actually have a credit. They show up as "fun tickets" on your profile page. He said the glitches will all be resolved by your second billing cycle and everyone will show 2 credits at that time. I would suggest that everyone that has a problem getting their second free game call the customer support line and talk to them and they should be able to help. This didn't take very long at all. Hope this helps everyone. We have to stick together and help each other out.
