It's not equal to anything. Gamepass is $9.99 plus tax, Funtickets are $6.99+ tax, and Funpass is $19.99+tax

Gamepass includes two games monthly
Funticket 6.99 includes one game monthly
Funpass (you can play all the games on gamehouse.com with this but you never own any of them. You can play them as long as you pay the $19.99 a month)

Were you a game pass member before the merge? If you were then you are entitled to two game credits a month. If not you can only buy either the fun ticket or the fun pass.

I'm more and more frustrated by the switch from Real Arcade to Gamehouse. I am still not getting my 2 free games for which I am entitled with my Game Pass subscription. I emailed support and was given one game pass but I am in no way satisfied with that. I am charged 9.99 per month and should be getting 2 free games. I am just about ready to quit this mess!

I am a gamepass member from realarcade. I have the same problem too. I pay the same amount. This merge just seems like one big mess to me. I find this game house website to be frustrating as well. I like realarcade better. Atleast there website made more sense to me.

Then you get two funtickets a month which is twice what we got on realarcade.

i was grandfathered at $4.99 a month on real arcade game pass and was fine with that and only 1 game a month now i am charged $9.99 a month for 2 game credits, who cares i am not getting anything free i am paying for it if i wanted to have 2 game credits for more money that should have been my option and not to automatically be charged for 2 game credits. here is another round i have to try to go through with customer service. i think this time i am just cancelling my membership and staying only with bfg

I too should be grandfathered in, but at $4.94 (including taxes), now I find out it is $9.99 plus tax. I am not getting an additional free game each month!!
Considering the FAC states that we will not see any additional fees, I am extremely disappointed.
It appears that Real Arcade and Game House were owned by the same mother company, but had different people running them. Several years with RA with no problems, not even a month at GH and I see many are upset. (More to come after the other folks get their credit card bills).

I just closed two secondary RealArcade accounts that were originally discounted thru RoadRunner and went up in price after the merge. The second free game doesnt offset the higher cost of no longer being discounted.

I have been a gamepass member for a long tine and I got in because we are RoadRunner customers and we only had to pay$4.99 per month with only 1 credit per month and that was fair and we took them at their word . But when the merge took over we were told that our rates or monthly charge would not change and they said that in black and white and in their own words. I think they should give us an option of what we want OPTION 1: stay at our old monthly rate of $4.99 and only 1 credit per month and buy additional games at a $5.00 discount OR take OPTION 2: Receive 2 credits per month and you are charged $9.99 per month. I would really like to know how many feel the same?

You get more than that on here. On Realarcade that is what we got ($14.99 for every extra game) now we pay $6.99 for every extra game.

"1: stay at our old monthly rate of $4.99 and only 1 credit per month and buy additional games at a $5.00 discount OR take OPTION 2: Receive 2 credits per month and you are charged $9.99 per month. "

The reason I don't think they are doing this is simply because it wouldn't be fair to a funticket member. They are paying $6.99 for one funticket.

I agree with you guys. I MISS REAL ARCADE AND THE WAY THEY DID THINGS!!!!!! My 2credits I had with real arcade haven't transferred over yet after a month and the two credits -- oh sorry Fun Tickets-- a month for $9.99 in December haven't been credited yet either and customer service has no idea how long it will take to get it fixed. They are working on it but with no estimated date of when it will be fixed. They said I would get an e-mail about it when it was fixed and that I should contact them. This should all AUTOMATICALLY be done I shouldn't have to do anything. When the account was transferred I was told that everything would transfer and it hasn't yet. Wonder how long I should give them before I just say to heck with it and find someone who can get things done? Anyone had this same problem and it actually got fixed?
