Real Archade Credits Versus Game House Game Pass

Is there anyone else out there that have been charged on your credit card for your monthly game and now Game House is not honoring Real Archade's credit???? I am not going to continue as a member of Game House if they are going to charge for product they are unwilling to deliver.

Did you have previous credits on the RealArcade site that you did not use? Are you saying you cant find them?

i cancelled yesterday which was acknowledged by gamehouse but i got an em,ail saying i remain a member untill dec 17 so i wanted to buy a game with the credid i should have for this game and they still try to charge me 6.99
where can i find my credits?

Your credits should be found around around the top left of the page near the GameHouse logo.

Hi everyone,

We have a known issue where a handful of RealArcade GamePass members, whose accounts were migrated to GameHouse on November 12th and who have already been billed since then, have not seen their two game credits post to their account.

We're working on a fix, which we expect to be in place within seven days from now. As soon as the fix is implemented GamePass members, who have already been billed, will see the retroactive two credits post to their account.

That fix will also resynchronize the billing and game credit posting dates for those GamePass members so that, ongoing, the two game credits will post to GamePass members' accounts on the same date they are billed for the service.

We're sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we fix the problem.

I was billed on the 12th and have 1 credit. Am I to assume that when this problem is fixed then I will have the 2 credits that I should have and what happens if I want to use my 1 credit before it is fixed will I still get my other credit.

Since I was charged on the 16th, does that mean I have to wait longer, it has been 7 days since your post. I know that sounds silly, but I still am not seeing my credits.

Gamehouse idont receipt my 2 gamepass credit for november only one, this is abusive. Send one and not gamepass credit with fun ticket, what happen with yours gamehose

I just got my done on the 23 and guess what no game credit you said it would take 7 days Yeah so how long will this be going on because we real arcaders get a credit a month and if we don't use t hat credit it still on the next month plus the new credit so I had two credits that are not showing and I will lose one if this not fixed soon real arcade had there problems but come on we were told this would be a better experience and so far has been one headache on top of another I understand the glitches and all but, how many more glitches can there be I am getting tired of the run around I have been reading if you fixed it 7 days after the 12 of november so why is it still going on and when can we expect the clishes to stop

I was a yearly member with Realarcade and could download a game every month, It seems that I was placed in Limbo and casnnot even download the games that were MY GAMES. When
I try they give me a 1 hour try out and thats all I get. I am not saying one is better than the other, I will give you time to get the bugs ironed out. Its already at least two months. Do ypu have any records that will allow me to get new games that I should be abke to download + my old games. This is a new computer that I bought in August and havew not been able to download one game.

It has been a while since my previous post. i have to admit, ONCE I READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS - I had no problems... BUT... i canceled Gamepass before the merge. ,, , Judicious reading elsewhere in the forums makes me feel like the Fat Rat who jumped ship before it sunk.
