Real Arcade Members billed but no credits?

Any other Real Arcade members billed this month and not received their game credits? I was billed on Nov 15 and according to Gamehouse I do not get my credits. Anyone else having the same problem?

Hello 'raklein51' - thank you for your post.

This question has arisen in a few other topics on this forum. As I had posted in reply to those topics:

We have a known issue where a handful of RealArcade GamePass members, whose accounts were migrated to GameHouse on November 12th and who have already been billed since then, have not seen their two game credits post to their account.

We're working on a fix, which we expect to be in place within seven days. As soon as the fix is implemented GamePass members, who have already been billed, will see the retroactive two credits post to their account.

That fix will also resynchronize the billing and game credit posting dates for those GamePass members so that, ongoing, the two game credits will post to GamePass members' accounts on the same date they are billed for the service.

We're sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we fix the problem.

raklein51, I too have the same problem. I was to receive my game credits on 11-19-2009. Called customer support and was told that he did not know when I would receive my credits. Only that it might be sometime this month.

GHBill, so per your post, GH hopes to have the game credits issue resolved by 11-26-2009? And the billing dates will stay the same as they were before the merger?

I also did not receive email notification...I've gone back and looked! In addition, I wanted to buy a game today, but when I got to the checkout page, there was no option to use a game credit. I can't see anywhere on the page that tells me how many credits I have. I too, have to agree that this was a poorly done merger. Software engineers make the big bucks, let's see some answers to these problems!

Yes the plan is to have a fix in by the 26th. Dev is working on that right now and we will be posting here to let everyone know when to expect their credits.

I understood that because of the merger ALL realarcade members were getting a free credit. Since I was billed before the 12th. I didnt get the free credit. I didn't ask to be joined and wish this never happened. There has to be a site out there that keeps its promises Oh by the way the customer service with GH is not nearly as competant as RA was.

I agree, I do not like this so called great arrangement, I normally see my game credits and now I don't, and I pay by the year, you can darn well bet I wont be paying to belong here after my time runs out in feb, 2010..cause this new arrangement SUCKS !

Im ready to cancel my membership as well. I called, spoke to them for an hour a week ago. I cant buy any thing. not even the 7day free trials!!!! everything I do I get "we're sorry, we cant find this game"

I signed up for a month free trial on Real Arcade with a free game. Everything transferred over but my free game credit. Does this fall under this issue as well?

I have a real arcade credit, and i still can not find a way to use it on gamehouse, this merger is rediculus and should not have happened...i do not see anywhere on gamehouse where my credit is and when i try to use it they want me to pay for the game...they say if you pay for real arcade then you dont have to pay for gamehouse well prove it.

i'm sry but i have to agree with the rest of RealArcade GamePass members, this merger should never have happen / i luved it the way it was on realarcade / e thing was easy to find & i had no problems with realarcade 1 bit / i stopped playing on gamehouse for the fact that it was to hard to find thing & since this merger / i had to link my realarcade & my gamehouse together even tho i haven't played on my gamehouse acct. in a long time / with all this i'm going to say this & i'm only going to say it 1 time / i hate this the way it is & if i have to i'll cancel my realarcade acct. too / i do not care 1 bit for this merger @ all / i have bought gamews with & without my game pass credit & the way this is all set up it just stinks

I haven't got my credits, either. Really, this is ridiculous. Real Arcade bought GameHouse in 2004. This is not a new merger. Why, oh why didn't Real just migrate us to the GH website when they took away our game client and have done with it instead of creating 2 websites with incompatible file systems that would totally mess up our game playing lives for the second time in 2 years?
I wasn't notified of any changes, my games and file system have been hijacked again, everything is a wreck and no one learned anything from the last debacle. Except, maybe, the customers. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm beginning to feel that my loyalty to Real has been so misplaced as to put me in the foolish category.

It took 6 days to get my two credits. I was billed on the 14th, but didn't get them to like the 20th. I have no problem waiting. You now get two credits instead of one and we all have plenty of games to play during the wait, right? If not we can all download trials to see which games we want. I started downloading trials now I didn't on realarcade.com.
