Real Arcade Customer NOT happy !!

I have been a happy customer of Real Arcade for 7 years, this month. I never ever had trouble using my game credit and activating the game. Now with Game House, nothing but trouble. I had downloaded the City Lights Seattle, played it awhile, enjoyed it. Used my game credit of the month, where that used to take 5 minutes with Real Arcade, now three days later it is still not right. Trying to activate the game was a real chore, it still showed up in my game list as 12 minutes left. Now I have a icon on my desktop and can play it that way but certainly do NOT want an icon for each and every game on my desktop.
I can understand that the game isn't showing up in my list of Real Arcade games, but there doesn't seem anyway to click on the game in the list of "My Games" on the Game House list, and play the game as I can on the list of games in Real Arcade.
What is the solution?

The activation wrapper is an IE shell type of deal. If you have any internet security installed on your computer that interacts with Internet Explorer that modifies its security settings to keep your computer more protected, then you are bound to run into problems.

I have been a real arcade member for over 10 years and I didn't have so much trouble as I'm having now. when I purchase a game I didn't have to redownload a game every time I go to play it. why do I need to do this every time I want to play my purchase game. I'm not liking the change.

You don't need to redownload everytime you want to play. Go to the My Games page (http://www.gamehouse.com/my-gamehouse). Click on the "See My RealArcade Games" link at the top of the page. Your games should appear on that page with play buttons. If you don't follow that RealArcade link, you'll only be seeing GameHouse games, which don't have a play button -- just a redownload link. (Doesn't mean you need to redownload every time.)

Or, the better way is to click the icon on your desktop (if it's still there) or Click on the Windows Start menu, then click the Games folder (or the Real folder, as it is for me). Your games should appear there.

As cloud 9 mentions you can play games from there. You can also send this folder to your desktop and play games from there.
