Trouble downloading this game. It downloads about 2/3 and then I get the network error not connected to the internet message. This happened last week when I tried to download a game about this time in the morning 7:05 AM EST and later in the day it worked fine. And yes I am connected to the internet because i am able to post this. It is very disconcerting to pay for a fun pass membership and not be able to use it! I fully expect to come home later today and have this download fine.

I get this problem all the time, even when I am using a browser at the same time so I know the connection is fine. Just one of those things I'm afraid, the downloader is a bit over-sensitive. All you can do is try again, usually you can do it again straight away and it works fine, as far as I can tell there isn't really any problem with the connection.

Sorry, this shouldn't have happened. Network related error generally occurs due to the connection issues, a simple browser reset should fix. To know more about this check the link:

I am having exactly the same problem with this game, and only with this game. I have purchased the game and tried more than half a dozen times to download it. About two-thirds of the way through, I get error messages that say I may not be connected to internet (the connection is fine). I can click on "yes" to continue, and a few seconds later I get the same error message. Everything else is downloading without problem, and other sites are working fine. This is not a problem with the computer nor with the connection, it is a problem with the game. Please find a fix for this!

Thank you very much for your posts. I have forwarded the contents of this thread to our Technical Team to help in their investigation. Know that your detailed reports are very helpful in our analysis.

The "network related error" that some of our customers have experienced appears to be intermittent. Although I know it is frustrating when you receive it, I cannot yet offer you a time line for resolution of the issue.

I or one of my colleagues will post updates here as we receive more information. In the meantime we are grateful for your patience.

This game downloaded just fine for me. I always click Download with Funpass when I download games. Don't know if that makes a difference.

no problem here,but haven't played it yet.Why oh why do my gamepass tickets have to expire.Don't give an answer,don't want to hear it.Just would be nice if they did not .....

Hi you all,

It did the same thing by me with showing up the network error, when I downloaded; as soon as the game was available, that is your morning and my evening time.
I stopped it with the NO-button and downloaded the game the next morning and everything went fine.

I assume it has to do with the high Internet traffic.

I have had a problem downloading the last three games. I am ready to cancel my funpass because I cannot complete the downloads. any suggestions before I pull the plug?

Hmm, with so many of us all having the same problem, what a relief it is to know that it's caused by something as simple as ALL OF US having/doing something wrong with our computers

I dpwnloaded the game and it won't launch due to syntax and scripting errors. I think the programmer needs to review the coding on this one. Based on other comments it looks like this game was released before the "bugs" were out.

I tried to load this game right now. It downloads then the installer says preparing to install then disappears. I agree it is a problem with the game. Please fix. I love the series.

I downloaded this on my laptop and the games works fine.Hope you all get it figured out
