Unable to purchase FunTicket

I was previously subscribed to the FunTicket membership and I now want to purchase more tickets, but I'm not able to.

I've tried everything (putting the game in my cart first, going through the "membership" link under the My Gamehouse tab) but there is no option for me to purchase another ticket.

I'm a Mac user and so I can't be a member of FunPass.

Can you help me?

FunTickets can no longer be purchased individually.

Instead you can purchase games for $6.99 (or $5.99 if you were a Funticket 12 subscriber). When you add games to your cart what price do they show?

The games show up at full price.

So it seems as if I can't purchase a FunTicket subscription (no option appears in the shopping cart or on the membership page). When I click on the "Go Play" link on Funticket page it says that I already have a subscription and that I need to purchase more tickets. If I then click on the link, it takes me to the cart but there are no further options.

Ditto for me. I too am stuck in the loop and am not able to reactivate my membership. Looking forward to a fix.

My brother's having the same problem. He used to be a Funpass member, but not anymore. Now he wants to re-activate it, but when he clicks on "Profile", there's no link to re-activate. There used to be a link before, but after the site upgrade, the link is gone. When he clicks on "Memberships" all he sees are the new banners. So he clicks "Join Now" and then gets this error message:
You already have a GameHouse Club FunPass subscription. Add games to the cart to get your discount. Please click here to return to the homepage.
But he doesn't have a FunPass subscription, because when he tried to play a game with FunPass, he's told "You do not have privileges to use FunPass at this time". So what gives? He's stuck. He doesn't have FunPass, can't join FunPass, and apparently can't sign up for the FunTicket service either. When clicking on the FunTickets membership "Join Now" button, he just gets the same error message as quoted above.

I have this problem too. I get the exact same messages as Pistachio. When I attempt to add games to my cart, they show up at $19.99 because I don't have a membership. I was trying to buy a membership, but it's just way too hard to pay you guys.

It's a simple problem: The "Re-activate" button is missing from the Profile page, since the upgrade a few days ago.

You have many customers who want to reactivate their memberships but can't, so you're missing out on potential income.

Exactly right. I went to another game site and spent my money.

There is no way to even do that...as your funpass membership doesn't seem to matter, as you are given a message you don't have access...frustrating...they've goofed up in a major way.

They show up at 19.99

Hi all! Just dropping by with an update. So to clarify, the ability to buy individual Fun Tickets has been removed, but you should be able to buy individual games at the discounted price as a subscriber. The other issues are currently being looked into and we will update just as soon as a resolution has been found. Sorry for the inconvenience all!!!!

I am a mac user too and I cannot purchase ANY game or sign up for a fun ticket membership. If I click continue on the shopping cart is just says we're sorry we cannot locate the game you're looking for.

This page does not work either, I click on the Join button and it says it cannot find the game I am looking for. http://www.gamehouse.com/memberships/funticket#

I used to have an account with my PC years ago, and now I have a Mac and can't do anything on this site except play the trial downloads. Do you guys not want to make money? We're all trying to pay and it looks like no ones fixed this in weeks.
