BobbysoxPal wrote: Ok, this is totally unfair. I just realized there is a difference here between being a FunPass member ($19.99/mo.) which I am, and being a FunTicket member ($6.99/mo). Yet you give the Premiums and Platinums games to FunTicket members and not FunPass members who pay triple per month?? How much are the Game Coupons worth, anyway? All it says is, if the game costs more than your coupon, we'll bill the difference. So I wouldn't even find out until after a purchase is made if the coupon covers the cost. I have looked, but there's no evaluation listed that I can easily find. And then you say "You're looking into providing this for GamePass(?) members." Is this another membership? You folks provide a great website, but this provisional service to one type of subscriber over another its unfair, especially when one is paying nearly triple the fee and this service is not being provided them.

BobbysoxPal wrote: Then perhaps more clarification is in order? What I perceive from your statement is that GamePass members were transferred here from Real Arcade? I was also a member of Real Arcade, and my original purchases from them are now in my profile area incase I need to download them again, which is nice, as I've switched computers a few times since then and wasn't able to transfer them to new ones. All in all, I preferred GH to RA. I am still a member of BFG and still go there once in a while. Its just getting hard to keep up with what's what without some kind of reference point to go on and clarification goes a long way to help from confusion setting in. So, does that mean GamePass is now FunTicket in GH or how does that work? It still doesn't answer the question for FunPass members.

One thing that really makes me mad is gamepass members can't buy a premium game with credits. When will they finally figure out a fair deal?

This is a feature that our FunTicket subscribers have been requesting from us, and we want you to know that we’ve been listening. It’s this type of feedback that helps us continually improve our site, our service, and our subscriptions.
If you are a FunTicket subscriber, follow these instructions if you would like to redeem 2 FunTickets for a Premium or Platinum Edition game:
How to redeem 2 FunTickets:
1. Go to a Premium or Platinum Edition game page and click the “Buy Now” button.
2. If you have 2 or more FunTickets in your account, we will automatically apply 2 FunTickets to the Premium or Platinum Edition game in your shopping cart.
3. Continue checking out to complete your purchase.
Please note that if you do not yet have 2 FunTickets in your account, you may still purchase a Premium or Platinum Edition game at your subscriber discount price of only $13.99. This is a savings of 30% off the retail price.
Note to GamePass subscribers:
At this time our system is unable to apply GamePass credits to purchase a Premium or Platinum Edition game. This is because the combined value of two GamePass credits is $9.99, and the subscriber cost for a Premium or Platinum game is $13.99. (In comparison, FunTicket subscribers pay $13.98 for two FunTickets.) Rest assured that our development team is working on a way to apply GamePass credits to buy a Premium or Platinum Edition game in the future. In the meanwhile, GamePass subscribers can still buy Premium or Platinum games at the subscriber discount price of only $13.99, a savings of 30% off the retail price.
Thank you,
The GameHouse Team
