I recently had trouble downloading games and thought the problem was fixed after resetting my browser and I was able to successfully download one game. However, the problems are back and I can't download anything again. I get one of several messages ranging from, "There has been a network error...", to "please install a new copy", to an issue with the .dll ... etc. I then tried to redeem my coins for game coupons, but no surprise, that doesn't work either, nor does the daily coin credit. I would like to know what Game House is doing to fix these issues, when should we expect the site to be fully functioning, if they plan to update/credit our accounts and make missed opportunities available again, or should we cancel our memberships and come back at a later time since these problems are now lasting for months?
