I sent an e-mail support 10 days ago and still have not heard back so I am hoping someone here can help!
I purchased Mahjong Medley 2 years ago and LOVE IT... I play it all the time. Suddenly 10 days ago I went to play and the games will not load properly. They load 1 tile at a time in very slow motion.
I have no idea why, as I have not changed anything on my Mac. I am running OS 10.4.11. I tried downloading the game again to reinstall, but that does the same thing.
I finally got an e-mail telling me they can't find my correspondence even tho they replied to an open BUGID ticket #
I called the 866 phone # & got someone who couldn't understand. First she said I didn't buy the game. Finally she found it
I HAVE had the game for 2 years & it played great!
It just STOPPED playing & loading
There is obviously a conflict!
She tried to tell me to contact the "manufacturer" of my drivers & graphics card!
Then told me to delete the game & download it again
I HAVE DONE THAT NOW 3 TIMES
It DOES NOT WORK
Gamehouse must know if they have a conflict
BTW, when I tried to respond to the link in the e-mail, it took me to a login where it claimed I wasn't valid nor was my e-mail - which is obviously wrong since I could log in here to post this!
It doesn't appear to me from reading all these posts here that anyone is responding to any of the posters here - other than others to add to the complaints
If you are looking for GameHouse support on a specific problem you should continue working with customer support. You can email them directly at support@gamehouse.com . If the agent you first spoke to was unable to help you, you should request to be escalated to a supervisor.
The primary purpose of these forums is for customers to help each other solve simple technical issues. Although our moderators are often reading these threads to help spot major issues affecting our customers, the Moderators are not trained as Technical Support representatives and do not have the resources available to our customer support team to resolve individual issues.
Just a quick follow up to be fair to GameHouse. They did work hard to resolve my problem via e-mail and it ended up that by doing a safe re-boot (holding down Shift key while restarting) allowed whatever the issue was to be resolved by the Apple Disk Utility.
I then restarted without the Shift key (normal reboot) and the game works again!!!

Nhernandez - Thanks for your response here. It had been almost 2 weeks with no response and I was looking for help - anywhere! LOL!
FYI - many times using the website's online support contact (writing the problem within the window provided), I would write and submit and it would say that the system was not available to take the report and give me the phone number. Don't know if that's a server problem
What worked best was to e-mail them directly & not deal thru the website.
Anyway my issue has been resolved and I am grateful that there are people here (and on e-mail) that actually respond and help!!!
