on dec.20,2011 i used my reward points to receive 2 free gift cards from amazon ,and my 100,000 points were taken ,but amazon charged me $50.00 for the 2 cards and in turn over drafted my bank account ! i spoke with a rep from gamehouse could not help me in anyway besides telling me it was amazon.coms issue and to contact them so i did and they refunded my $50.00, cancelled the cards that i gave to my 2 nieces for christmas and did nothing about the overdrafts it caused me ! i am also asking for my 100,00 pts to be returned to me , and amazon.com said they have no affliation with gamehouse and they dont understand why these free offers on gift cards are being offered frome gamehouse.com ! please reply asap !

Are they not doing the Amazon cards anymore? Every time I go into redeem my coins the only offers are for the free game, 10 percent off of a game or 50 percent off of a game. When I first started my subscription they were offering the Amazon cards. I thought maybe they had run out of them, but it's been a couple weeks now and I still don't see them being offered.

Hi minimoose82,

Thanks for your question about GameHouse Rewards.

We appreciate your participation in the program and your interest in the Amazon.com Gift Cards. We continue to update our Rewards program and, unfortunately, the Amazon.com Gift Cards are no longer available. However, you may continue to redeem your GameHouse Coins for game discounts, as well as free game coupons.

And be sure to check back for announcements of other exciting reward options. Thanks for playing at GameHouse!

The rewards are no benefit for Fun Pass members then. Free games and discounts are of no value to us. Especially as they can't be used for Platinum games (the only ones we have to purchase).

I'm a fun pass member and I use my game credits to purchase regular games, just recently I got the Voodoo Chronicles the First Sign and My Kingdom for the Princess 2-pack, and Roads of Rome 2pack. I thought these were a great buy and I used my game credits. I am so glad that they offer this benefit to us. I've been purchasing games for years without any perks!!! I didn't care for the Amazon gift cards, since they used more than 10,000 credits.
