GAME COUPON IS NOT WORKING

Hello, I redeemed 10,000 coins for a free game coupon. The code that I was given is not working. I have redeemed 10,000 coins for a game coupon before and everything worked fine. I put in the code exactly as it was given, several times; I even emptied my browsers cache, shut the system down and rebooted but it is still not working. Can you guys please send me a new code or something? The game that I tried to get is Sally's Salon which is a standard edition game as well as several other standard edition games and the code still will not work. PLEASE HELP

Hi JasonO, thank you for responding so quickly. I did everything exactly as the email told me to and I still can't use the coupon . The game I tried to get was Sally's Studio. Is there any way you guys can maybe take the coupon code back and put the 10,000 coins back in my account so that I can purchase a new code? This one is just not working. I don't know what went wrong. Or is there some way that you guys can test the code for yourselves to see what's wrong? This is the first time I've had an issue with the codes. Whatever you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. I will try again later but I'm pretty sure it wont work! Believe me, I've done everything down to the tee and still nothing. Please, Please help me fix this.

Thank you for bringing this up to our notice & sorry for the experience. We tried to test your coupon code in our end and it appears to be valid but for some reason this coupon code is not applicable for the game ‘Sally's Studio”. It has been reported to our technical team and they’re working on it to fix it at the earliest.

Hey JasonO, just thought I'd let you know that I was able to redeem the code for the game My Farm Life. So whatever you guys did worked because at first I couldn't get Sally's Studio or any other game. I will try with my next 10,000 coins and post back here to give a status update on whether or not I was able to use it to get that particular game. Thanks again

Hi Yusef and thanks for your nice comment . I've come to find that a lot of times in life, you receive whatever you put out. Being rude and impolite isn't going to get my issue resolved any faster. Besides, people cooperate more efficiently and effectively when the situation isn't hostile. On top of all that, I've been in the customer service field of work for quite some time and believe me, I know first hand just how much drama a person can cause when something is wrong with their product or service and I figured you guys get your fair share of the name calling and outrageous demands

All customers aren't rude and disrespectful though and sometimes just getting one nice customer throughout the day was enough for me to make it through the rest of the shift. Also thanks for inviting me to the forums, I do plan on posting more. The forums are fun plus you get to meet all kinds of folks on here. So the next time you get that drama king or queen just think back and say "well at least that SXY_B_SUGA_0629 woman was nice".

Hi - I don't mean to hijack this thread but I have the exact same problem, just with a different game

I am trying to purchase Royal Envoy 2 Platinum Edition, but the coupon code is coming up as not valid

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

Platinum Edition games are available for purchase at the applicable price (Retail: $19.99* or Members: $13.99*) or by redeeming two FunTickets (FunTicket membership required). Game discount coupons and free game coupons are not valid for Platinum Edition games.
*Plus any applicable taxes

The same pricing applies to our Premium Edition titles, which are also not available with game coupon codes. However, FunPass members enjoy full access to play Premium Edition titles.

Free game or game discount coupon codes are valid for any regularly priced, standard edition title.

Under membership it says that you can play premium games unlimited with fun pass. I pay 19.99 a month and I should be able to play them all. But when i tried to play royal Envoy 2 premium Edition it only gave me a hour and then said i had to PAY 13.99 to play it unlimited. Please fix this. If I pay 19.99 monthly I should not have to pay for a game.
