Fun Tickets & GH Rewards

Are we ever going to be able to use both Fun Tickets & GH Rewards to by Premium game too? I thought that we could but when I tried to apply my rewards it wouldn't take it. Hope that in the furture we'll be able to use both.

Mixi, the discount price of Platinum or Premium games are $13.99 and value of coupon is less than $13.99. Therefore, our system is unable to apply the coupons to a Premium or Platinum Edition game. However, we are happy to receive your valuable comments. Your insights and opinions will help us in our ongoing efforts to enhance our products and services. Let's hope that coupons will be accepted for Premium games in future.

i traded my rewards for a free game coupon , but each time I have tried to use it ti says it is invalid, does any one know what is wrong or what I'm doing wrong. and I am not trying to get premium games , just regular ones

Hello texaslady1912,

Thank you for your comments. Sorry to learn of the difficulty you're having with your free game coupon. They are valid for regularly priced, standard edition games so it's puzzling as to why it would not be working for you. Can you please tell us the title(s) of the game(s) you are trying to get with your free game coupon?

In the meantime I'll offer that sometimes I'll accidentally leave out a character of a coupon code if I'm typing it manually into the Coupon Code box in the Cart. Other times, if I've copied the code from an email or a Web page display, there will be an extra 'space' (behaving like an extra character) when it is pasted into the box in the Cart. Then I need to delete that 'space' before continuing the checkout process.

Please try again with those two possibilities in mind and let us know how it works for you.
