Every time error 1000

Every time I download a game it installs then I get a error 1000, why is it doing this now?
Sorry in Subject line ment 1000 not 100

Same problem here. I have un installed and re installed. Cleaned out my cache. No anti virus or firewall is blocking the app. Please fix this. It is not a user issue but one with the installer.
