Egypt Hidden Objects Online game

Can someone please let me know why I can't see a list of objects to find when playing the new Egypt Hidden Objects online game. The game loads but no list comes up. I am using windows XP Service pack 3, Internet Explorer 7. I also have the latest version of Flash Player and Java. I would appreciate it if anyone else is having this problem to please respond so I know whether it's the game or something on my computer. We have waited sooo long for a new Hidden Object game so I was thrilled to see this one only to be disappointed when I tried to play it online and only the picture loads but no list of objects to find loads. Again I just need to know whether this is an issue with anyone else or is it my computer. Hi chnajesa,

Welcome to the support forum. I read your post and tried to play the game on -line and I am having the same problem - no list of hidden objects. This is the first on- line game I've had problems with. I don't think its your computer. But i do know some people have problems with the older version of internet exployer. I use Chrome here. I feel confident that once Gamehouse is aware of this problem, there will be a fix for it. They really try to keep us happy. Keep checking back for a response.

I am having the same problem, too. When I did the chat session the guy acted like it was my computer and I didn't have the right stuff downloaded, Java, flashplayer and shockwave. I got so frustrated i just quit it and left site.
Sure hope they fix it soon. Was your in full screen? The guy couldn't even tell me how to get it to full screen which I think you could see the object list then.

I have the same problem with the game, so it definitely is NOT an issue with our computers, but rather an issue with the actual game screen being larger than that black border that goes around the screen. There is a post from someone else (which I posted to, as well) in the Egypt Hidden Objects Forum about this issue, but NO ONE from GH has replied to it. At least not that I have seen, and I just checked that post before coming over here.
I just hope that they enlarge that black border's window, instead of reducing the game screen to fit the window.

Thanks LanceK for the response. I'm just posting so this does not get lost with the rest of problems. Hopefully we will get a solution to this problem soon.

Our Technical Team has resolved the issue that had prevented the list of objects to find from being displayed.

Please try Egypt Hidden Objects again; the game will play as expected.

If you continue to experience the issue and the list of hidden objects is not displayed, please try clearing your browser's cache and try playing again.
