CANCEL BUTTON DO NOT EXIST. IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

i contact support for cancel my funpass subscription because there's no CANCEL BUTTON
and support promise me that will be canceled and no money charged
TODAY i've been charged 21 dollars and is still impossible to cancel subscription
try to contact support again but nothing solved....seems they do not understand
do not cancel my subscription, do not try to solve the situation
do not issue me a refund
i have to block my credit card if i do not want to be charged again in future ...is this right?!
this is a FRAUD and if they do not cancel my subscription and refund my money immediately will be reported to authority

hey maena, thats weird. Did you do what the Help page suggests?

Log in to the "Memberships" page. Find your FunPass subscription and click the "Cancel" link to begin the cancellation process.

If thats not working you have a technical problem and need to ask support. I wasn't clear from your post, do you mean THEY do not cancel your subscription?

so is asked support to cancel for me and they told me yes it will be canceled and no money will be charged

that's why they have to refund me or it will be reported to authority as a fraud
that's why i've to block my credit card
i'm tired to ask support to cancel my subscription and receive no reliable answers

I am so glad i am not the only one! thank God there is someone eles, you are absoultly right i followed the same steps and had the same problem, you are not alone in this one and also by now they should have more options as to how you would like to pay!

I love game house but this is so so stupid they way they have set it up now, you were always able to cancel or reactivate at any thime, now you cant!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please note to all posters in this thread, you are looking for a cancel " LINK" and not a BUTTON which are two different things

If you're having a problem with your billing the best thing to do is to contact customer service there are no customer service reps in this forum that can help you. You can contact Customer Service via this link:

If they are not helping you over email you can call them via the phone number provided in the line item for your payment on your credit card billing statement.

That's odd. It appears that they just admitted that they WILL charge your credit card even though the site says they won't! It doesn't matter if there is a cancel "button" or link; the bottom line, which seems to be lost on customer service reps, is that there is no clear way to accomplish cancellation. Instead, people who are clearly trying to defend Gamehouse are vague, answer questions that were NOT posed, or are blatently condescending. Very unprofessional.

Not trying to start a fight here but nhernadez did tell you how you can get a phone number to call and cancel. I subscribed to Real Arcade before and every charge, theres a number to call associated with the charge. Most online services have this number next to the charge in case of fraud or other questions.

That's strange, I checked my Membership profile just now. I see a box with my FunPass membership details, and on the very first line is "Subscription Status" with the words "Active | Cancel". The Cancel button is not a button, it's a TEXT LINK. So it's there alright, and I can cancel anytime. I don't know why it doesn't show up in your FunPass box.
