Online Daily Jigsaw does not load correctly

Your online Daily Jigsaw does not load the entire screen. At the bottom of the screen are control buttons including Edges, shuffle, rotate, etc. that do not load with the Gamehouse Daily Jigsaw Online version.

This same game is available at Shockwave.com and the control buttons do load for Shockwave's Daily jigsaw. (it is the same puzzle image on both sites)

I have screen shots of each taken minutes apart if you'd like to see. Without full control it is hard to enjoy Jigsaw.

Also, my points/coins do not add when I try to play Daily Jigsaw online.

Please help!

Sorry this shouldn't have happened. Web browser plays an important role with online games, resetting the web browser should help. Check the link:

Also you can try accessing the game with a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc., If you have any issues with coins, rewards just send an email to help@gamehouse.com to help you further.

I have some issues with it too - the 'zoom' function doesn't work, my browser 'zooms' the box but the extra 'zoomed' box area is just white and can't be used (puzzle pieces just disappear if I try to move them into the extra space, as if I've moved them out of the box).

Also, why is the Daily jigsaw not listed in the online jigsaw puzzle games? When I did a search for 'daily jigsaw', there it was, but it's not listed anywhere else.

Have you tried accessing the game in a different web browser? Please share your experience here which will help us a lot to know more about this issue. Daily Jigsaw is listed under New Online Games, you can find it by visiting the link:

No, I haven't tried running it in a different browser, because I use Firefox, and that's my preferred browser. Everything else works in it, including everything else on the GH website. I think it's a reasonable expectation that it should work in Firefox.
