My toolbar has disappeared today

The gamehouse toolbar has disappeared. I've signed in and out, cleared internet history etc but it still isn't showing up. I can get my profile details up showing my coins and bagdes but I haven't received my coins today for logging in. Is there a problem with the toolbar today?

We have an intermittent issue with GameHouse tool bar and rewards. Our technical team is currently working on a fix. We will get back to you once we receive an update from them.

Mine has disappeared as well. I am wondering how many people are affected by this today. I also didn't get the pop-up saying that I have earned coins for logging in today.
I hope this does not affect the current streaks we had going. This is the second time that I have had problems with this. It affected my log-in streak last time. I left it go and didn't say anything, but now that this is the second time, I don't think I am going to keep quiet, Last time it did affect my log-in streak, so even though I have been logging-in everyday for months, I just got the 30 day badge last week. I should actually be very close to the 100 day badge.
I hope this gets fixed very soon so that I can get started with the log-in streaks yet again. What a disappointment!!!

i'm having the same problem too... its happen to me before aswell and i didn't say anything either. been logging in everyday for months now since i joined, and i've only just received the 30 day loggin in badge - i'm not impressed with the service being provided to us customers. gamehouse should not advertise promotions that they can not deliver to their customers, they should make sure that their systems run properly and smoothly, and if it does break down, they should make good the mistakes made to our log-in history. its just not fair....

I am looking forward to a visible toolbar! Is this coincidence or is the system more fragile, when the download get's to plenty, like today, where there are several games to download?



@ All My Fellow Gamers,

When the toolbar is missing, your counter is also missing. It doesn't add up for downloaded games and it doesn't count for your login! It might also effect the amount of added coins of today's purchased games, I haven't tried that one.

As LanceK has already written, our Technical Team is aware of the issue with the toolbar being intermittently absent after signing in to GameHouse.com. They are actively investigating the situation and we will post updates as soon as they are available.

The absence of the toolbar does not necessarily mean that activity is not being tracked behind the scenes. Customers can address specific questions about their own GameHouse Rewards accounts (including the posting of coins, points or badges) with GameHouse Customer Support, who will be happy to assist. Just click on the "Help" link beneath the Search box on virtually any page on our site to access our Support page and connect with Customer Support.

My toolbar disappeared for a day, today it's come back but I haven't been credited with signing in for the time it was missing, despite the fact I even signed in properly and went to my account page several times over the day, to try to get the toolbar to appear. My sign-in tally goes straight from Day 3 back to Day 1 I'm particularly annoyed because it breaks a long sign-in streak, which has been hard work to keep up as I am often away from home.

Support say they are not going to bother doing anything to restore my broken sign-in streak. So now after all that effort it counts for nothing. I'm all the way back to the beginning again.

Well frankly GH if YOU can't be bothered with ME then I can't be bothered with YOU.

I don't know, but we keep being promised 'something' - I'd certainly like to qualify for whatever it is, as the Amazon vouchers are no real use to me being tied to Amazon.com. (No chance of that now though.)

Suki, have you checked into kindle for your amazon coins for download books? There are restrictions on international downloads (like music) but so far it seems like most books are available. If you go that route, deposit your gift certificate into your amazon account first (make a U.S. account if you don't already have one) before you spend the certificate.

I decided that donating to a charity is not the way I want to go. I don't recognize any of the ones that have wish lists, and of the ones I saw, they wanted stuff like printer toner and stuff like that (what use does an animal have for toner?). If I'm going to give toner to someone, heck, I'll send it to my sister who's trying to keep a business going in the U.S. in these bumpy times.

The surprise will be a surprise indeed. Frankly, I haven't contacted customer service because in a period of 100 days, it's possible I missed a sign-in. Highly unlikely, but I couldn't put my hand up and say I signed in every single day, only that I think I did. Thanks for checking! Have a great weekend !!

I keep a spreadsheet of all my log-ins so I know where I am if anything goes wrong. I managed to actually log-in on the day when it disapeared because I stayed up late and just after midnight the tool bar came back. I am presently on Day 153. I got my 100 Day Gamehouse Superstar Badge in October and received 600 coins but what is this surprise? I didn't receive anything else apart from the badge and the coins - are the coins the surprise because if they are it's not what I call a surprise.

How hard is it to get the credits you deserve? I have never posted on here, but have been a customer for a long time. I signed in just like everyone else. I tried all the tricks and nothing worked the whole day my toolbar never came up. I was waiting to see if Gamehouse was going to do anything about it before I looked in to it myself. What do I have to do to get my log in coins and points? I would appreciate any help with this matter and will check back later.

Yep, looks like the 600 coins is the big surprise It's barely more than the Frequent Flyer bage for 30 days sign-in, which is 400 coins. I got 3500 coins for the A-Lister badge (for buying 5 games)!! I'm currently at about 32,000 coins - which, I might add, I can do absolutely nothing with anyway - so it's just nothing really, after all that hype.

The tool bar is there now, and I checked my sign-ins to make sure I didn't miss a day. They're all there.
