Why is it that this blankety blank site can show me what games i purchased from real arcade, but is requiring me to redownload, then asking me to purchase them again. I am not real happy about the lack of information in this major change and i want access to games i already bought. I have been two days trying to play my games, and i'm about ready to find me a lawyer.

I don't know why it's asking you to redownload them, but if you do and you get the buy/play demo screen, look at the top, there are different tabs. Select the tab for registering the product (I can't remember exactly what the tab says on it but there's only 3 tabs anyway I think) and sign in, if you have previously purchased the game that's all you need to do to get the full version back.

Hi heyoldlady58,

Can you try going to this link: http://www.gamehouse.com/myrealarcadegames

You should see your RealArcade games listed there. There's no need to re-download them (though that option exists, if for some reason you deleted a game from your computer).

Please check that link (also available from the "My RealArcade Games" link under "My GameHouse") and let us know if you find your games.

Thanks,
Craig
